Topographic Survey for High-Rise Planning
The scope for this project involved a detailed topographic survey to support the design of a new high-rise commercial development. A key challenge was the site's dense urban setting, which made traditional ground-based measurement methods slow and disruptive.
We implemented a drone topographic survey to capture elevation data rapidly from above. The final solution provided the design team with a precise topo survey dataset, ensuring the proposed tower’s footprint aligned perfectly with existing boundaries.
Photogrammetry and Aerial Visuals
The project required a complete visual record to support both engineering and stakeholder engagement. The challenge was delivering data that was technically accurate yet visually accessible for non-technical persons.
We utilized photogrammetry to process high-resolution drone photography into a detailed 3D model. The final deliverables included 2d cad drawings derived from this data, ensuring a seamless transition from the initial scan to architectural design.
