Topographic Survey for High-Rise Planning
The scope for this project involved a detailed topographic survey to support a new high-rise residential scheme. A key challenge was the site's scale and proximity to major infrastructure, demanding precise data for seamless integration with the urban skyline.
We executed a drone topographic survey to capture elevation data efficiently. The final solution provided the design team with a precise topographic survey dataset.
Photogrammetry and Technical Mapping
The project required a robust digital twin to assist architects. The challenge was delivering high-fidelity data suitable for both technical design and visual assessment.
We utilized photogrammetry to process high-resolution drone photography into a measurable 3D model. This allowed us to extract accurate 2d cad drawings, giving the client a complete, scale-accurate record to plan foundations and landscaping with confidence.
Interactive Virtual Tour for Stakeholders
To help stakeholder and projects team visualize the development, the project needed a bridge between technical plans and the real-world environment. The challenge was providing a realistic sense of context for the project.
Our solution was an interactive Virtual Tour created using 360 photography. This allowed stakeholders to navigate the site remotely, providing a clear understanding of the views and layout without visiting in person.
