We utilized a high-resolution Drone survey to safely access these difficult angles without the need for costly scaffolding. The final solution delivered a detailed condition survey report, pinpointing critical issues like tile slippage and valley blockages to guide the clients maintenance strategy effectively.

High-Fidelity 3D Mapping & Modelling

For this drone roof survey project, the objective was to assess water pooling and structural wear on flat-roofed bay windows. Traditional ground-level inspections could not provide the necessary vantage point to evaluate the extent of the weathering and felt damage accurately.

By employing photogrammetry, we captured overlapping imagery to create accurate 3D models of the site. This methodology allowed us to deliver interactive maps and orthomosaics, ensuring the client received a measurable and complete visual record of the roof's health to support their decisions.
